Complaint

At Sneakerzone.dk we want to ensure that you as a customer have a safe and fair experience if you experience errors or defects with your product. Here you will find information about our complaints process and your rights.


Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.

  • You have a 2-year warranty period.

  • You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

  • Since Sneakerzone sells unique items that may vary in condition due to age, storage and other factors, this is taken into account in the assessment.

How to create a complaint – Denmark

1. Contact us via our Help Center and create a complaint.

2. Provide your order number and a description of the error.

3. Attach pictures of the defect taken in good light and from multiple angles.

4. We will assess your case based on the information and images you have sent. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your complaint.

When needed We will send you a paid shipping label so you can send the item in for inspection to assess whether there is a manufacturing defect or similar.


Important information

  • The complaint does not cover wear, damage or defects caused by improper use of the product.

  • If the complaint is justified, we will cover your (reasonable) shipping costs.

  • The product must always be returned in proper packaging so that no part of the product or original packaging is damaged.
